Affiliate Commission Withdrawal Policy

To ensure fairness, transparency, and proper use of our affiliate program, all affiliates must comply with the following commission withdrawal rules:

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Affiliates may submit a withdrawal request only when their available commission balance has reached a minimum of:

  • IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah); or
  • USD 30

Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

Eligible Commission for Withdrawal

Only commissions earned from successful sales made through the affiliate’s unique tracking link are eligible for withdrawal. This means:

  • The sale must occur through the affiliate link
  • The transaction must be completed and valid
  • The commission must be confirmed and approved in the system

Non-Withdrawable Credits and Points

Affiliates are not allowed to withdraw any balance, credits, or rewards generated from non-sales activities, including but not limited to:

  • Kuro Points from package refunds
  • Promotional bonuses or campaign rewards
  • Referral commissions not tied to direct sales
  • Any system credits, discounts, or adjustments

Only direct sales-based affiliate commissions are withdrawable.

Fees and Withdrawal Method

All withdrawals can only be made to a registered bank account or Paypal account under the affiliate’s name.

We do not support withdrawals through cash, e-wallets, third-party accounts, or other payment methods.

All USD withdrawals will be subject to a withdrawal fee of USD 5.

Required Information for Withdrawals & Tax Compliance

To process a withdrawal request, affiliates must provide valid and complete information, including:

  • Bank account details (under the affiliate’s name)
  • NIK and/or NPWP for tax reporting purposes

All affiliate commission withdrawals are subject to applicable Indonesian tax regulations.

In accordance with PPh 21, commission payouts will be subject to a 2.5% withholding tax deduction, which will be deducted automatically from the withdrawal amount.

For withdrawals made in US Dollars, a 2.5% tax deduction will be imposed, based on the Rupiah conversion value of the withdrawn amount.

Right to Reject Withdrawal Requests

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any withdrawal request if we find evidence of:

  • Breach of this withdrawal policy
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the affiliate program
  • Invalid or suspicious transactions

Failure to comply may result in withdrawal denial, account suspension, or termination from the affiliate program.
